missingWrote a review on Dec 13pet-friendly policyconvenient locationbug infestation
Had a decent stay overall. The room was spacious with a sitting area, which was nice for relaxing after a long day of exploring the area. However, I did encounter some unexpected guests in the form of Rolly polly bugs, which made my experience less pleasant. The location was convenient for visiting local attractions, and the pet-friendly policy was a major plus for traveling with my furry friend.

Cozy stay with nice views
I stayed for 2 nights and really loved the comfy bed and the view from my room. The staff was super friendly, especially at the front desk, and the food was tasty too! Just wish the WiFi was a bit faster when it got crowded. The grass area was a hit with my dog!

The staff provided exceptional service during my stay, assisting me with all my needs. My room was clean, comfortable, and appeared recently renovated, which made for a cozy working environment. Breakfast each morning was satisfying with a variety of options available, helping me start my day right. The dining experience at the restaurant on the 8th floor was notably good, particularly enjoying their well-prepared ribeye steak.
Only one elevator was operational, causing delays.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, a fitness center, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff once shared valuable travel tips with me that I still remember. I especially appreciate the friendly service from Gina in the bar and Chef Adrian's delicious food. Highly recommend it for a city trip!

The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the nearby NRG Stadium. Staff were super friendly and accommodating, especially when my wife needed assistance with our kids. Breakfast was delightful, and the overall vibe was relaxed and fun for the family.
My children wished the pool was heated for late-night swims.

I had a lovely two-night stay in a Premium King Room Non-Smoking where the food was fantastic, and the view from the restaurant on the 8th floor was breathtaking. I enjoyed relaxing by the seasonal outdoor pool and taking in the garden area during my downtime. Just a heads up, they only do housekeeping a couple of times a week, but it wasn't a big deal for my stay. 😊

The staff was genuinely friendly and willing to help with anything we needed and the food was surprisingly good especially for a hotel which is often not the case
